What the first eight weeks look like.
From the first call to your child's first day, the work takes about eight weeks. No brochures, no dump of forty names — a written comparison of what each conversation actually revealed.

My name is Din. I'm Chinese-American. I've lived in Bangkok eight years and speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and Thai. What I mostly do is listen — to you, then to schools, then to you again. I don't represent any school. I write things down. I tell you what I've seen.
The work isn't about the most prestigious school. It's about finding the one where your child is a little more themselves at the end of the year than at the start. There is no algorithm for this, and no shortlist that works the same for two families.
Each year I take a small number of families, and I do the work myself. The first call is twenty minutes. There is no obligation either way.
